At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, on Friday May 22nd, 2009, at the age of 82 years, Werner Sternberg of Port Elgin and formerly of Waterloo. Husband of the late Waltrand Haase. Father of Burkard and his wife Margaret of Waterloo, Bernard and his wife Cindy of Kenora, Laureen and her husband Donny Way of Kitchener, Linda and her husband Shawn Keneer, and Karl, all of Port Elgin. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Friends may call at the W. Kent Milroy Port Elgin Chapel, 510 Mill St, Port Elgin (Town of Saugeen Shores) on Sunday, May 24th, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Gordon Williams officiating. Interment Southampton Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Canadian Diabetes Association
