At her home on Sunday, January 24th, 2010 at the age of 84 years, the former Doretta Minto of Port Elgin. Wife of the late Harry Potts. Mother of Brian and his wife Kathy, Diane and her husband Jack Brill, and Dennis. Grandmother of Natalie, Stephanie, Michael, Robert and his wife Val, and Danielle and her husband Mike Chopik and great-grandmother of Clinton and Autumn. Sister of Mary Cumming and Earl Minto, and sister-in-law of Freda McKinnon. She is predeceased by her parents, daughter-in-law Cathy, and brother-in-law Elroy Cumming. Friends may call at the W. Kent Milroy Port Elgin Chapel, 510 Mill St., Port Elgin from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26th, 2010. A funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Gordon Williams officiating.
