At the South Bruce-Grey Health Services in Chesley on Tuesday, April 14th, 2009 at the age of 72 years, John Ross Hettrick of Paisley and formerly of the Listowel area, father of Doug and his wife Debbie, and Dan and his wife Jane, all of Paisley, Heather and her husband Jim Craddock of Walkerton, and Bob and his wife Michele of Mulock Road. Grandpa to Katie and Jessie, and Turner and MacKenzie Hettrick, and Grant Craddock.
Ross is also survived by his sister Ruby Duncan of Port Perry.

Friends may call at the W. Kent Milroy Paisley Chapel, 216 Queen St., South, Paisley from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday evening, April 16th. A private family funeral service will be conducted with interment in Purdy Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Widdowson.

Friends are invited to join the family at a gathering in Ross’ memory at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 295 in Paisley from 1 to 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon.

Memorial contributions to the Chesley & District Hospital Foundation or to the Paisley Playground Committee would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
